If you are not totally satisfied with your order we will be happy to accept a return of any products which are new in package as long as it has been less than 60 days since your order date. If more than 60 days have passed since your order we, unfortunately, can not offer you a return.

If you have used a product (i.e. taken it out of the packaging or modified it in any way)
and you are having issues with the product please contact our support team at Sales@endbots.com and our staff will help you troubleshoot your problem.
If our support team determines that there is a manufacturing error due to defective materials or other reasons within 30 days of your order we will either return or repair the item(s) as needed.Eligibility for used product returns is determined on a case by case basis.
Note: If you are shipping an item(s) with a value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
