Returns policy

We want you to enjoy our products but if for any reason you are having issues we will be happy to assist you.

60 Day new in package return policy*

If you are not totally satisfied with your order we will be happy to accept a return of any products which are new in package as long as it has been less than 60 days since your order date.  If more than 60 days have passed since your order we, unfortunately, can not offer you a return.

*excludes products not eligible for returns (see Non Returnable Items)

30 Day used product return policy*

If you have used a product (i.e. taken it out of the packaging or modified it in any way)
and you are having issues with the product please contact our support team at Sales@endbots.com and our staff will help you troubleshoot your problem.

If our support team determines that there is a manufacturing error due to defective materials or other reasons within 30 days of your order we will either return or repair the item(s) as needed.

Eligibility for used product returns is determined on a case by case basis.
Used product returns are for store credit only.

Damaged in transit

Please contact Sales@endbots.com as soon as your damaged package arrives.  Please include pictures of the damage and and a description of the damage received.
Replacements will be arranged (you may be required to return the damaged package & products)

 

Non Returnable Items

Due to shipping restrictions, any product containing LiPo batteries cannot be returned or exchanged 
Any product with "As is" written in the description cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Our Return Process

  1. Our support team will give you the address to send the package to.
  2. Returns must include all parts of the product including accessories.
  3. Returns may take up to three weeks to process, not including shipping time.
  4. Endbots will pay or refund shipping charges if the return is due to a manufacturer error.  If the return is not due to a manufacturer error then the customer is responsible for shipping to and from Endbots.

 

Note: If you are shipping an item(s) with a value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
